Registration is now open for the Club’s biggest event of 2022: 50 + 2, our delayed celebration of the Chapter’s 50th anniversary. Along with celebrating the Chapter’s founding, we’ll also be celebrating the 50th anniversary of BMW M, the 20th anniversary of PRO3, and the 10th anniversary the LeMay—America’s Car Museum, our host. In other words, we’ve got a lot to celebrate.
The location of the show is LeMay—America’s Car Museum, next to the Tacoma Dome and Interstate 5. Preregistration is $30 per car, which includes an exclusive 50 + 2 hat featuring the Chapter’s new vertical logo and 50 + 2 embroidery. Spectators are free.
We will have day-of-event registration at $40 per car, only if we are not sold out in advance. The last time we did something like this, in 2016 for the BMW Centennial, we did sell out in advance and had to shut down registration. Those showing up the day of the event and hoping to pay then, were disappointed.
Besides the huge BMW show on the lawn, we’ll have food trucks, a raffle and discount tickets for the Museum.
The 10th Anniversary of LeMay—America’s Car Museum, will be celebrated by a gala the night before our event. But part of the 10th anniversary celebration will be a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, which will be part of our show.
In short, there will be a lot going on and you want to be a part of it. BMW CCA membership not required to register for this fun filled event!
Field opens for parking at 9am. Event runs from 10am-3pm.
