An Exclusive Kickoff to the 104th Running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb
The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb Fan Fest regularly draws over 35,000 enthusiasts into the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. Avoid the chaos of the Fan Fest crowds and join the Rocky Mountain Chapter for a private, member-only experience at Phantom Canyon Brewing Company before the street festival begins. Attendance for the VIP Technical Social will be limited to current RMC members to maintain the professional quality of the briefing and the comfort of our members.
This private engagement is anchored by a featured briefing at 4:00 PM with two-time Fastest 15 Qualifier Tom Tang. Tom will share the engineering data and technical evolution behind "Ursula," his S54-supercharged E46 M3, the fastest production BMW to ever contest the Peak.
We recognize that the greatest barrier to enjoying Fan Fest is the logistical gridlock of downtown Colorado Springs. To ensure your weekend remains focused on the cars rather than the commute, every VIP registration also includes a guaranteed, reserved parking pass good from 2p-10p at one of our three partner garages located within walking distance of both the brewery and the Fan Fest main stage.

Event requirements
Membership Requirements This event is exclusively for current members of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the BMW CCA. Membership status will be verified against the official chapter roster at the time of registration and again upon arrival.
Capacity & Waitlist Attendance is strictly limited to the first 50 members who register. Once this cap is reached, additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist and contacted in the order received should spots become available. Registration is valid for a single attendee only. Due to the strict 50-person capacity limit, this event does not accommodate guests or '+1' registrations. Each individual attendee must be a current BMW CCA member and have their own unique registration on file.
Attendance Verification To ensure all 50 spots are utilized, a confirmation request will be emailed to all registrants 72 hours before the event. You must respond to this email to confirm your attendance. If a response is not received within 24 hours of the request, your spot will be forfeited and offered to the next member on the waitlist.
